Opstreams has a multi-disciplinary team of experts who complement each others skills. We use a "just-in-time" (JIT) approach to assemble teams for each project, to lower costs and make more effective progress. On simple sites, our content management and look-and-feel engineers may be sufficient, whereas on more complex sites, we may assign experts in database, PHP code, or CSS modifications.
For each engagement, we initially bring a small lead team that includes a business analyst and presentation analyst, to quickly determine the scope and fit of the project. We then set expectations with the client, and if the project is approved and funded, we assemble the team appropriate to the objectives. We then outline a roadmap of development to set expectations. During site design and development, we use workshops to both implement the site and to train clients on how to "push the buttons and pull the levers" of their own site once it launches.
